You will be greeted with a glass of prosecco and an amuse-bouche.

Starters (choice of): GAMBA'S AL AJILLO Peeled shrimp, marinated in garlic oil, finely chopped chili peppers, a touch of cream, served with bread. CRUNCHY SUSHI Crispy sushi filled with salmon, salmon mousse, avocado, wakame, soy sauce, wasabi mayonnaise. ROASTED LEBANESE CAULIFLOWER (vegan) Roasted cauliflower with za'atar, sea salt, black sesame, and spicy mango hummus. BEEF TATAKI Lightly seared filet mignon, ponzu dressing, spring onion, radish, carrot, coriander, sesame.

Main courses (choice of): COD IN COCONUT-LIME SAUCE Served with black rice, radish sprouts, bimi, and pink pepper. EASTERN SALMON Teriyaki, bimi, marinated shiitake mushrooms, rice, sesame, spring onion, Korean BBQ sauce. BEEF TENDERLOIN SKEWERS Beef tenderloin skewers with roasted pepper sauce, popped corn salad. BEACH BURGER Burger bun with beef patty, cheddar, smoky BBQ sauce, fried egg, caramelized onion, tomato, lettuce, bacon. RAVIOLI (vegetarian) Slightly spicy ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, pesto cream sauce, burrata, cherry tomatoes, seeds and nuts.
